My name is Kelsi Chambers. I have lived in Knoxville my entire life. I am a 1994 graduate of Knoxville High School and have an associates degree from DMACC in Fashion Merchandising. I began working at Eye Health Solutions in August of 2000. In 2010, I earned my Paraoptometric certification. I enjoy seeing all of our patients and helping them get their needs met while in the office or on the phone. I am married to Todd and we have one daughter, Harper. I love to travel, especially to Disney World!
My name is Deanna Arkema. I am a 1999 graduate of Central College with a degree in Elementary Education. In my free time I enjoy reading, singing, traveling and spending time with my husband, Joel, and our children Liam and Elly.
I have been working as part of the optical staff and as an optometric technician at Eye Health Solutions since 2004. I have been certified by the American Board of Opticianry since 2008 and received my Paraoptometric certification in 2014. I truly enjoy all aspects of my job, especially assisting our patients with their eye wear needs.
My name is Lydia Anderson. I graduated Columbia College with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. I joined the Eye Health Solutions team in 2011. I received my Paraoptometric Certification from the American Optometric Association in 2014. I have worked in front desk operations, provided direct patient care, and currently oversee responsibilities within the billing department. Outside of work, I enjoy reading and outdoor activities like hunting and fishing with my husband, Reggie, as well as spending time with family and friends. We have two sons, Barrett and Hoyt, and I’m usually found at a sporting event cheering them on.
My name is Matt Harvey. I am a 2003 graduate of Knoxville High School and a 2007 graduate of Central College with a degree in Sociology. I started at Eye Health Solutions in 2011 and I am an optical technician. In 2018, I earned my certification as a Certified Para Optometric. In my free time I enjoy attending church functions, watching movies and cheering for the Hawkeyes! GO HAWKS!!!
My name is Hannah Smith. I graduated from Knoxville High School in 2010 and I have three boys Carson, Owen and Aiden. In my free time I enjoy spending time with friends and family, reading, baking and going to the movies. I started working at Eye Health Solutions in 2022 as a front desk receptionist.
My name is Allison Smith. I am a 2008 graduate of Knoxville High School. I started at Eye Health Solutions in 2022 as a technician but have since moved to optical! I live in Knoxville with my boyfriend, Trevor and our kids Kinley, Dexter, Taylor and Kobi. We have 2 cats - Bo and Nimbus. When it's nice out we like to spend as much time as we can outside. I love being a part of the EHS team and assisting patients with their eyecare needs.
My name is Eliyah. I graduated highschool in 2021. I have previous optician experience with additional technician training. I started at Eye Health Solutions in 2025 as a scribe for Dr. Jason as well as helping out in other positions around the office. In my free time I enjoy getting outdoors and going to races with my husband Ethan and our daughter Raven.
My name is Nikki Hoover. I joined EHS in October 2023 as an optician and have truly enjoyed working with our patients. Outside of work, I have three sons—Brayden, Colton, and Oliver. In my free time, I enjoy reading and going camping in the mountains out west.
My name is Stephany Hysell. I moved to Knoxville in 2022 from Humeston, Iowa. I graduated from Mormon Trail High School in 2011. I joined Eye Health Solutions in March of 2026 but have 5 years of eye health experience. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my fiance, Cody, and our daughter, Isla. I love being outdoors—whether it's hunting, fishing or simply going for a walk. I'm grateful to be apart of this team and look forward to building relationships and serving the people in this community.
My name is Ayman Zaman. I graduated from Independent University, Bangladesh in 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science. I have been working as a scribe at Eye Health Solutions since August 2025. In my free time, I enjoy traveling and going on hikes whenever I get the chance.
