Meet Our Staff

Kelsi
My name is Kelsi Chambers. I have lived in Knoxville my entire life. I am a 1994 graduate of Knoxville High School and have an associates degree from DMACC in Fashion Merchandising. I began working at Eye Health Solutions in August of 2000.
I have been certified by the American Board of Opticianry since 2002. In 2010, I received my Paraoptometric certification. I enjoy helping patients select new eye wear and the best lenses for their lifestyle. I am married to Todd and we have one daughter, Harper. In my free time I enjoy reading, cheering for the Hawkeyes, spending time with my family and traveling, especially to my favorite place Walt Disney World.

Deanna
My name is Deanna Arkema. I am a 1999 graduate of Central College with a degree in Elementary Education. I have been a board member of Stepping Stones Early Learning Center since 2012 and currently serving as President. In my free time I enjoy reading, singing, traveling and spending time with my husband, Joel, and our children Liam and Elly.
I have been working as part of the optical staff and as an optometric technician at Eye Health Solutions since 2004. I have been certified by the American Board of Opticianry since 2008 and received my Paraoptometric certification in 2014. I truly enjoy all aspects of my job, especially assisting our patients with their eye wear needs.

Anita
My name is Anita Schumacher. My husband, Frank, and I live outside of Knoxville on our family farm. We have two daughters, Crystal and Kim and one granddaughter. I have worked at Eye Health Solutions since July 2000. In 2010, I received my Paraoptometric certification. My job as an eye health technician consisits of prepparing our patient for their eye exam. I find that eyes are a very facinating part of the body. I look forward to working with you the next time you come in for a visit!

Martha
My name is Martha Kindley. I have lived in the Knoxville area for 30 years. I have been employed with Eye Health Solutions since 2010 as a Patient Care Coordinator. In my free time my husband, Rick and I raise Golden Retrievers. We have three children, Renee, Kendra and Bryce, 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Lydia
My name is Lydia Anderson. I am a 2010 graduate of Columbia College with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. I began working at Eye Health Solutions in 2011 as part of the front desk team and an eye health technician. In 2014, I received my Paraoptometric certification. In my free time I enjoy doing outdoor activites such as hunting and fishing with my husband, Reggie, and spending time with our family and friends. Reggie and I have two sons, Barrett and Hoyt.

Matt
My name is Matt Harvey. I am a 2003 graduate of Knoxville High School and a 2007 graduate of Central College with a degree in Sociology. In my free time I enjoy attending church functions, watching movies and cheering for the Hawkeyes! GO HAWKS!!! I began working at Eye Health Solutions in 2011 as a technician and in the optical area.

Mallory
My name is Mallory Pottorff. I have lived in Knoxville my entire life. I am a 2006 graduate of Knoxville High School and I earned my cosmetology license in 2009. I have one son, Olen. I love spending time with my family and friends. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, hunting with my dad and brother, and planning get togethers. I am thrilled to be a part of the Eye Health Solutions team! It will be a pleasure helping our patients meet their needs.
Lela
My name is Lela McKinney. I have lived in Knoxville for over 40 years. In my free time, I enjoy reading, singing, playing piano as well as spending time with my husband Dave, our families and friends. I began working at Eye Health Solutions in August 2019 and am looking forward to getting to know our patients and assisting in any way that I can.
